Other techniques

Sarfus optical imaging (Society Nanolane ).
This equipment provides surface analyses and relief thickness measurements with resolution close to that obtained from ellipsometry (<1 nm). The detection setup is mounted on an optical microscope, offering large versatility in terms of use.
